1. How many cookies/jerkies can I feed my dog?

Treats should only be 10% of a dog’s food intake. Treats are not a substitute for dog food.

2. What is the shelf life of the cookies/jerkies?

Bnt treats have a shelf life of 1 year as they are vacuum sealed. Post opening the packet consume treats within 1 month.

3. How should I store the treats ?

The treats should be stored in a cool place and in an airtight container after opening the box.

4. Can the treats be customized in terms of ingredients used?

No, there are standard recipes and processes  that are followed to prepare the treats. Customization would not be possible.

5. What are the benefits of BnT cookies/jerkies?

BnT treats are natural treats made with locally produced fresh vegetables, real meat and grains. We only use human grade ingredients to produce our treats. The treats have no preservatives in them.

6. Do you ship the treats PAN India? If yes, then how long does it take.

Yes, we ship treats PAN India. The treats are prepared fresh for your pooch, hence it would take anywhere between 5 to 7 days for you to receive the treats.

Cakes

1. What are the doggie cakes made of?

They are made of human grade and dog friendly ingredients. They are made of fruits, vegetables, gluten free flour, eggs, meat , coconut oil etc.

2. Are the cakes safe for dogs?

All BnT products have been formulated after researching on canine nutrition. So they are not only safe but perfectly healthy for your pooch.

3. How much cake should I feed my dog?

Portioning the cake is very important. It depends on the breed of your dog and how many meals he/she is fed through the day. For advice for your dog, you can reach out to us.

4. Are the cakes edible for Humans?

Yes, they are perfectly safe for Humans to consume. But the consistency and taste of the cake are not suitable for the human palate. This is because the cake does not contain any added sugar , salt or butter.

5. What is the shelf life of your cakes?

The cakes are baked fresh for your dogs. They are good for your pooch to consume for 2 and a half days provided the cake is kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

6. What is the process of getting a cake from BnT?

We will share an elaborated menu, doggie form and the link to our Insta handle. The purpose of this exercise is the following:

Menu: Exploration and identification for the flavour and type of cake you wish to go for.

Doggie Form: Every dog is unique. The menu gives us an idea about the medical profile, palate and other details needed for baking the cake exclusively for your dog.

Insta Handle: We post regularly on instagram with pictures of the cakes that we do for our clients. This will give you an idea of the kind of work we do and what you would prefer for your pooch.

This process overall takes 10 mins and you can go ahead and place your order online.

7. Do you deliver cakes in Gurgaon?

Yes, we deliver cakes anywhere in Gurgaon. We charge a standard delivery of Rs 99.

8. Do you deliver cakes outside Gurgaon?

Cakes are a very delicate product and hence the chances of it being spoilt is very high. To ensure we are maintaining the quality of the cake , we encourage clients outside Gurgaon to pick the cake up or book their own taxi from our location to theirs.

9. Would you be able to customise the cakes for our pooch?

Yes, customization is possible with us. If required,  we are happy to customise the cakes with respect to ingredients. When it comes to the shapes and colours, we have a standard designs and shapes that we adhere too.

10. Do you make dog cakes using all the colours?

No, we do not use all possible colours on our cakes. We only use vegetable sourced colours to decorate our cakes. Our team can give you more details on it.
